  • From your computer browser, go to the Kyocera printer’s Command Center page.
  • To do so, in the search field of the browser, type the printer’s IP address and tap Enter. Now, under the Admin Login section, type your printer’s default username and password.
  • Click on the Login button.
  • Once you have successfully accessed your printer’s Command Center page, go to the TCP/IP settings section by clicking the Network Settings tab.
  • Select the TCP/IP option.
  • Check whether the TCP/IP settings are configured correctly.
  • For example, if you’re using the default gateway IP address or DNS Server (primary) IP address, then make sure that the DHCP setting is set to off.
  • Now, check if the TLS settings are configured correctly.
  • To check it, go to the Security Settings section and click on the Network Security option.
  • Go to the Client-Side Settings section followed by TLS Version.

  • Make sure that the entered credentials (address and password) are valid and active.
  • Set the same Gmail e-mail address as the Sender Address.
  • Finally, select the STARTTLS option as the SMTP Security type.
  • Once again, check whether the server settings and the authentication address are configured.
  • If yes, save the settings by clicking the Apply button followed by OK.
