  • Next, connect your computer to the same wireless network.
  • Open the default browser and log in to your Kyocera Command Center.
  • If prompted, enter the username and password in the required fields.

Check the SMTP settings in Command Center:

  • Navigate to the left-side panel of the Command Center page and click the Function Settings menu.
  • Click the Email submenu and go to the SMTP section.
  • Check if you have entered the correct outgoing mail server name in the SMTP Server Name field.
  • Set Authentication Protocol to On. If it is set to Off, there are chances of getting the Kyocera Scan to Email error 1101.
  • Select the Other option from the Authentication as drop-down menu.
  • In the Login User Name field, enter your email address.
  • In the Login Password field, input your email account password.

Check the POP3 settings in Command Center:
