Solution 1: Check The Scan Settings In Quick Scan

  • On your computer, launch Kyocera Quick Scan and click Scan in the main dialog window.
  • Click on Quick Scan Settings and go to the Quick Scan tab.
  • Check the values for the scan settings. Make the required changes and click the Apply button.
  • Click OK and try scanning a document using Quick Scan.

Solution 2: Retry Scanning Your Document

  • In the Quick Scan window, select Scan and choose your scan type.
  • Click the Scan to PDF, Scan to Email, or Scan to Folder option.
  • Now, the document loaded into your printer will be scanned.
  • If you have selected the Scan to PDF option, a dialog box will appear. Go to the location to save the file and enter the file name.
  • Click Save and wait for the document to be saved as a PDF file.
  • If you have selected the Scan to Email option, a new email window will pop up with the scanned document as an attachment.
  • Input the required details and click the Send button to send your document via email.
  • If you have selected the Scan to Folder option, select the destination folder in the dialog box and click the OK button.

  • Download the TWAIN driver from the official Kyocera site.
